In conjunction with “The Bond Building,” the offices for the Department of Justice at 1301 New York Ave were completely renovated. Many of the 150,000 SF improvements included an ADA analysis, parking garage, and security upgrades that were needed at the location. The project was completed in phases simultaneously while the building remained occupied.
